Welcome to 3G & Smith Properties LLC. By using this website or requesting services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Services Provided. We provide land clearing, septic system design and installation, dirt work, and debris removal in Northwest Arkansas.

2. Quotes and Approvals. All quotes are estimates and valid for 30 days. Work begins after written approval and any required deposit.

3. Permits and Compliance. The property owner is responsible for obtaining required permits and approvals. We can assist with permitting as requested. Final compliance with local regulations remains the owner’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling and Site Access. Scheduling may change due to weather, site conditions, or material availability. The client agrees to provide safe access to the site during normal working hours.

5. Change Orders. Scope changes must be approved in writing and may affect price and timeline.

6. Payment. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or missed payments may pause work.

7. Damage and Underground Utilities. The client must identify underground utilities and private lines before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed utilities or objects.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties. Workmanship warranties, if any, will be described on the estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply as provided by the manufacturer.

10. Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather and supply chain disruptions.

11. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be handled in Washington County, Arkansas.

12. Updates. We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this website.
